Meet The Team

John Cook and Joe Weiss started the Cook Fire business on 1st January 2000 and we have the pleasure of introducing to you our team as follows.

John Cook - Managing Director

John Cook - Managing Director

John is responsible for the service division, day to day running and marketing of the business.

Joe Weiss - Technical Director

Joe Weiss - Technical Director

Joe deals with Sales Quotations, overseeing the running of the Design installation and BAFE Gold Requirements. He is a Health and Safety Officer I.O.S.H qualified.

Simon Foster - Electrical Manager

Simon Foster - Electrical Manager

Simon has been with the business since January 2001 starting as an electrician before being promoted to Electrical Manager. He is responsible for the running of projects from quotations and all aspects of electrical and data systems, including full distribution testing, all to the highest, NicEic standards.

Adrian Moss - Technical Support Sales

Adrian Moss - Technical Support Sales

Adrian was previously with the Company for 8 years prior to his return in September 2010. His role includes supporting site systems and engineers on a daily basis and providing technical support on a wide range of equipment. Adrian is trained to the latest design standards and in quoting projects to BAFE Gold requirements.

Kelly Livesey - Internal Company Accountant

Kelly Livesey - Internal Company Accountant

Kelly joined Cook Fire in December 2010 as Financial Support Assistant. Kelly was then promoted to Company Accountant in February 2011. Kelly manages the day to day running of our accounts systems.

Marie Jones - Project Support

Marie started with Cook Fire in January 2003. She supports the project installation and commission works and looks after Redcare and various alarm receiving systems.

James Mayer - Purchase Stores Manager

James Mayer - Purchase Stores Manager

James joined the Company in 2005 as Purchase Manager looking after the stock and the engineers' plant and equipment. More recently James is involved in the sale and supply of equipment through our new e-commerce internet site at CookFire.co.uk

Nicola Mullarkey - Customer Account Manager

Nicola Mullarkey - Customer Account Manager

Nicola joined Cook Fire in March 2008 as a Service Coordinator, planning the service preventative and service repair works. Nicola has been involved in the development of our systems to provide the highest levels of support to our clients. Nicola was promoted to Customer Key Account Manager in December 2010. Nicola now gives accounts one point of contact for service support to our clients.

Jessica Holden - Service Co-ordinator

Jessica Joined Cook Fire in August 2010 as a Service Coordinator planning the service visits, preventative and service repair works and reactive callouts on a nationwide basis.

Scott Jamieson - Services Sales / Technical Dervice Manager

Scott Jamieson - Services Sales / Technical Dervice Manager

Scott Joined Cookfire and Security Ltd to manage the complete electronic security of the business to BAFE NSI Gold standards. This includes EN50131 police calling systems, CCTV, and Access systems for both installation and on-going maintenance.
